"prothane" polyurethance motor mount upp

Hey. I just installed a lower motor mount ( the same as rksport) I bought at gravana. I installed front slotted rotors, hawk pads, and stainless steel lines. I bled my brake system as well. I cleaned my cold air filter, and am about done, but the upper polyurethane motor mount insert is being difficult. It is the last thing for me to complete before I can wrap up this job, put my car back together, seat my brakes, and go to bed.

My question:
Does anybody know any tricks to installing this upper polyurethane motor mount insert? did you use Lube? Did you trim it a little bit? Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

A little dish soap if it doesnt seem to go in easy. This solves the issue for most.

I just used a lot of soapy water to get it in.

Hey thanks guys. I need to just use the dish soap like everybody else I guess. I'll go try right now. I already had the instructions ( even though it appears I don't really follow them very well), but thanks anyway.
I'll let you know how it turns out. I hope the soap is the magic bullet.

i had mine in, in less then 10 minutes... if you do not have it in yet, i just used grease and actually took the who mount off, squished it in and bolted it back together.. but in the process of tightening bolts the wrench slipped and i put a 1/2 inch cut across the top of my thumb then squirted across the engine and my tools.. lol i was like oops and ran in to show my gf.. moral is changing your mounts should be done with gauntlets... :S
