i am looking for a casting number for the 1998 2200 head for a cavalier. I take it that if i found one in a sunfire that was a 1998 2200 that would work too? I just need to know the casting numbers so i get the right head for a P&P. I know the 1999 2200 has a different casting number and it doesn't work with the 98. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You may be able to use a 99 head it it has an EGR port. i know my 2002 2200 does not even have a place where a block off plate could go.

how would i go about cleaning that head? It looks real dirty to me. Let me know what i should do.
