But I know my plugs are fouled up again. My factory coils and Accel wires were gone to @!#$. I glanced at my plugs and I see they are white, so obviously it's running just a taaaaaaaaad lean. And whenever I come to a stop the car acts like it wants to die for about 1 second and then resumes normal idle. Someone take a glance at my registry profile and give me a tip or 2 on what spark plugs would be best and with which gap. Thanks

Actualy I'd run the A C platinum ones but thats just me.

I prefer NGK or Denso plugs

NGK's have been proven to deliver a great spark every time

I've no issues with my AC delcs. improper gapping perhaps?
gapping is .060 according to my system at canadian tire
I've always run AC's in all my cars even after I turned the boost WAY up on my turbo
Trans-Am years ago. Never ever had a problem not once. I'd stick to AC's and just play with the heat range some.

NGK, out of every 2-3 boxes, I find 1 bad plug.
I was always told Platinums are a NO-NO for boost.........

Platinums I was told are a no no also. When my boost hit around 20 psi and I was running Cam 2 raceing fuel in it I switched from AC Delco Rapidfires to Champion truck plugs which you can get like 10 steps colder then stock. I never killed any f them either
and that was at 20 psi.

I've got some NGK Iridium IV's that are 4 steps colder......

Whoops, hit the wrong key!
Anyways, they do state that tip configuration needs attention. In this case the tip will get hotter, especially with a fine wire tip, hence you're better off using a tip with a thicker wire diameter (i.e. copper tipped).
