OK I know people are tired of hearing it bubt i need some guidance and reassurance. I have a 2002 5spd 2200, i also have a 2003 motor, tranny and pcm. My ?'s are:
The PCM is from an automatic, will this cause problems?
Do i need to rewire engine or is it ok to leave the 2200 wiring, or use the whole eco harness?
you should be alright with the wiring harness, but you will have to get your ECU reflashed If you're gonna use the 5sp...it maycost a bit but its best to keep the 5 sp.
It will cause problems. Remember, the Auto PCM is designed also to help communicate with the transmission with its shift points. Get another computer or reflash it at a dealership near you.
