Tranny mounts for a swap

Okay now my question is...

i have heard u need to weld in tranny mounts for a manual when swapping from a auto

im doing a swap...95 2.2 auto to 5 speed manual isuzu...now i was sent some polurethene mounts...how are they to be welded?

the polyurethane mounts are inserts aren't they?

yes..they are..what HE needs i believe is to have the mount LOCATIONS welded in..unless im mistaken the auto and manuel trannys mount to the car in differnt locations...so your gonna need the mount locations welded to the car..that way the mounts on the tranny will line up and bolt on....feel me?
