Ok so im really wondering if you buy these why cant you just torque them back down to the factory 22lbs? Why do you have to adjust them for each valve? Im confused!

The factory system is designed so when the fastener is tight, the factory rocker arm is at the right height. The plunger in the lifter is pushed down enough and the valve is not held open when it's supposed to be closed. It's all based on where the rocker pivot ball sits in relation to the pushrod and valve tips. When you change to a non factory rocker you may find the rocker pivot is slightly lower or higher than it was on the OEM rockers. If you just tighten them down you'll either have a rocker that's always loose and ticks, or one that's tight and may not even let the valve close.

adjusting your valves takes maybe 10 minutes. if you want correct valve lash then do it the right way.

Its easy. Just set the motor to top dead center on the # 1 cylinder. That is the point where both valves are closed and the piston is all the way up on its compreson stroke.

Next remove both rockers for the 1# cylinder. change the studs and push rods and the install the new rockers.

To adjust them tighten the rocker nut while turning the push rod with your fingers. As soon as you cant turn the push rod any more give the nut another 1/5 turn and move on the the next rocker. Repeat!
Then just do the same thing for the other 3 cylinders and your done.

Make sure to use some lock tight or the nuts may back off on you later. I got a second set of nuts and used them as a jam set to prevent that problem.
