I'm already running out of posts for the month, but you're quite the impatient one. Believe it or not, not everyone is sitting on their computer waiting for you to put up a post on the org.
jbodyperformance.com has all your cam needs, and just about everything else you could want for your car. Also check out jtuners.com. Howell automotive has lots of stuff for the 2200 as well.

Got a core camshft? Crane Cams(386/252-1151 ask for Dave Maxwell) and Comp Cams can both regrind a cam for about $135+S&H. Each takes less than a week plus transit time.
Have the info on your car and what you plan on doing with it, when you call them, so they can match the best cam profile for your need/wants.

Mad Jack raises a good point as well. Either company, Comp or Crane, as well as Jbodyperformance, will do a great job doing a cam for you.

Chet Herbert racing will grind one for you ,but with no garentie on cam . You might have to work with them for your application.

or simply read the FAQ as usual. this type of stuff is listed in there with plenty of places. instead of being impatient for an answer, why not simply not be lazy and read the answers for most of the commonly asked things at the top of the forum?
