absolutely. I'd go with the RSM Racing crank pulley. It is lightweight, yet stock sized, which won't affect your charging system or any of your accessories (such as water pump, a/c.... anything). It's the lightest crank pulley on the market for J bodies so definitely pick one up. The car will rev up quicker, and you will definitely notice increased power in the upper RPM range

which would be better first though? a header or the pulley, right now i have shift plus, 2.25 piping from the cat back, and an aem CAI..
doesnt really matter, all small pieces to a full puzzle. get what you can afford.
well the thing is i can afford either one of them i'm just wondering which would be more beneficial to have first.
neither gonna be a huge difference until all is added. thats just my view...
not like either is gonna break any speed records or what not.
you will notice little gains here, little gains there, but it's not like either of those separately are going to put you into the 13s. think of it like this. they all work together. if you want to build a crazy turbo motor, you need forged internals. that allows for more boost. for more boost, you need more fuel. for more fuel control, you need better tuning. and to make all of that power reach the ground successfully, you need drivetrain and suspension mods. those separately don't do a whole lot, but combined.... more fun for you
