last summer my car ran a 17.3 with intake and exhaust with 15 inch steelies. this yeah i put 16 inch z24 rims on there and a car customs lower motor mount and my times were anywhere from 17.7 to 18.5 plus my cat was bad. why such a huge difference
Plugged cat = lots of resistance... if the engine can't get the air out (can't breathe) the car ain't going anywhere.

weather conditions , different tires , needing tune up , extra weight in the car
all i can think of right now
bigger rims, clogged cat, lots of other things
and besides a lower mount is not gonig to add any noticeable power
