the springs ARENT a gimmick....
its like switching from gm spark plug wires, to msd wires.... less resistance.
msd is great, but not everyone is gonna take the time to learn about things, or spend money on quality products....
msd isnt really expensive, but for most it will be.
thats just a fact about this site.
the spark springs, basically just offer less resistance, which for most will not even notice.... might gain a small bit of fuel efficiency, but nothing to write home about.
the msd on the other hand will throw out enough spark to where you will notice.
thank u event for clarifying...i didnt want to think the springs were a gimmick. haha. and yes so true about true performance upgrades...ppl dont want to spend the money. im willing to drop 300 or so just for a module though. what kind of gains could i expect with a new 6211?

better idle, more pull, better gas mileage, more spark, less wasted fuel basically.
had mine on since about 70k or mid 70K and i just hit 130K this past week.
