Hey..i after i put on my full intake *new tb and intake* + get my full exhaust setup on in the next two weeks i was going to think about upgrading the fuel system ie; new fuel regulator,pump, and fuel rail. my first question is what recomendations on what parts i should use? Secondly, would this be a beneficial mod for good power since i will be getting better flow through and out of the engine..and lastly do i have to upgrade ignition system if i want to do the fuel upgrade??? i patiently await your responses ...

Fuel rail = flows to 600+ hp
Regulator = fine for low power applications
Pump = fine for low power n/a applications
I'd get an MSD before doing the fuel system, unless you are running nitrous or boost, the stock system supports mods pretty well.
