I am looking into getting a special grind for a cam for my (99) 2200 OHV. I know there are stage one and 2 cams out there but i want somthing a little more agressive than the one but not as much as the st2. Eventually going to run a shot of Nitrous. So i've been throwin around #'s and how about these cam specs? .450" lift 220 duration intake and about .435" lift and 220 duration exhaust?

There's a little more to cams spec than lift and duration.

So far .290 lobe lift and 220 duration.
Depends on the evo and ivo degrees.

Call Crane Cams, ask for Dave Maxwell. My regrind cost $135 and only took a week, but I live about 60 miles from Crane in Daytona.
Comp Cams Cam Help Line can also give you some good info and they can regrind your cam also for about the same price.

Yea i was looking at their cams which have the st1 and st2 cams. But I have also heard some not soo good things about their company. I'm not a very phone oriented person and i don't like calling places. Anyone have an e-mail Addy for either crane or comp? I'm looking into JBP right now for one to see what they say.
