It can bolt up. Just get a new gasket for it.

Yes it can bolt up but it might benefit you to have the gaskets welded to make sure they don't come off incase you have crappy gaskets. It's happened to me on all my gaskets and they ended up welding them to help ensure they stay in there. One time I just caught that my gasket between my catalytic converter and piping was help on by 1 bolt and was ready to go any second.

Just a suggestion...

you have to cut the pipe , and either clamp it or weld it

the 95-early 98's had a flanged cat

the later 98-02 are all a welded cat

get a couple of good clamps at the auto store, and an adapter to go from the stock size to the new header pipe size. theres no sense in paying for welding it in twice, when you are going to replace the CAT anyway.

save your money, and get a CatCo or Magnaflow HiFlo Cat off Ebay for half or less than what you will pay elsewhere. There are companies that do nothing but sell this stuff on Ebay I got one shipped for for like $55 I think. thats allot better than almost $200 from RKSport.

i have a 95 so i, of course, have flanged setup. but i made the mistake of using an impact because i was in a hurry on the cat flange bolts. basically broke the bolt inside the cat, and in a quick fix, had a test pipe made... so now i have a full turbo-setup exhaust... and my car shoots flames.
