Anyone have any issues with the "secret" cam swap and vibration....Im not sure if they are related, but I had the entire motor rebuilt and after I dropped it in, it runs fine but vibrates bad....wonder if there is a possibility that the flywheel got bent while installing the motor.....
any ideas?

are they timed correctly? if they're off it'll be rough I'm told.

sounds like the cams are set right
If you mean the entire motor is shaking, then I'd double check your timing. My engine rocked like all hell when the timing was off.
When it's all said and done, your car should feel like stock with the secret cams.

could have something to do with the installation, not just the product.
not trying to say you did something wrong, but there's a lot of issues that can happen with bad timing.

my car isnt smooth with the cams. it loaps like a camed v8 and when u sit for a min, you can feel the cams working! it is pretty cool! the timming is good on the car but it just has more lift than normal cams.
How can i check the timing, the other issue i see is the tube coming from the breather that recirculates the exhaust gas back to the intake has quite a bit of smoke coming out of it. Would that be a timing issue as well?

I had a lot of smoking issues after my cam swap, but it could've been other things for me... as far as I know, the only way to check the timing is get to where you can see the cam gears and crank position. I could be (and hopefully am) wrong.

You might have something else wrong.

would an ODBII scan be able to tell me if my timing is off?

No. YOu have to tear it apart and check the timing.

every car(4 plus mine) i seen personally with these cams ran great.
good luck

should be the cams aren't set right
Yeah my car ran smooth as hell after the cams. It's SO easy to get the cam one notch off or have the chain just not sit right.
