hi, i have some question about my car... i have a street drag in few days... i have a cavy 1995 and i want to know what i can do for gain some hp... i have a p-flow and a 2.25 magnaflow muffler.... what i can do ????
What do you mean by "street drag"?? If you are talking about some retarded/illegal fast and the furious type crap don't expect too many people to help you out.

If you want serious help, I would say read the FAQ on the main performance page. My suggestions are finish your exhaust system first and get yourself an intake. Those are only minor basic modifications. Big power costs big money...

you can do cheap stuff too like making sure your running on 92 octane fuel, fuel enhacner too. but that only helps a lil. weight reduction is a good idea too. you prollie dont have time to have headers installed or anything so i'ed get an intake like someone else said too. are you racing another cav or something something in your class?

92 octane won't help as far as performance on a stock motor. 89 might help it run a bit smoother but you probably wouldn't even notice the difference.

if it's not bolted down. take it out. if you can. get your rear seat out.

Clean oil.

Z22Demon - ok, my fault. the way that it sounded to me was like you guys were plannig on street racing. I have heard it phrased like that before when you get some highschool kids around talking about wanting to race each other because "my car has more decals than your car". i have never heard of an organized race on the streets. Sounds kind of interesting. Just be carefull out there, like Mfk-223 said, there are morons out there who don't know when to stop. Just don't be one of them.
I think everyone has given you pretty good advice since it is short notice. I would save up some money for some major mods for next year, like a turbo or some nitrous. Just keep on checking the site out and look at what other people are doing to their vehicles. Once again i'm sorry for the mis-interpretation. Good luck.

running 92 is not going to do anything on a stock motor. neither is that feul enhancer BS
