The Hyper Ground system from what ive heard will at least eliminate that shock you get when you get out of the cav all the time. not sure what else it does though.
It just improves all your grounded areas in the car, You have less problems with lights dimming etc when you use accesories, and your bass will hit harder on your system, etc.
And dont pay $100+ make you own for about $20.
Do a search for +++hypergrounding. The thread is a few months back, so search all dates.

Much cheaper to do it yourself. Pick up some 4 GA wire somewhere for like 75 cents a foot and call it a day.

^^^ its not as easy as that...
in order to get as good of quality as the other ones you would need gold plated connectors
and also you need crimpers that can crimp 4 GA wire

i simply used vice grips and rockford connectors....
yeah i could do that of course....it said something about giving a hp increase because of more electricity going to the plugs. it said like 16hp for a subaru legacy, which has some good horsepower around 250. so i was thinking it would maybe give my car 5hp gain? which is why caught my attention. and yes i have an audio system in which i will need to help maintain power since i will be adding my underdrive pulley on here soon. thanks for the advice so far
dont count on hp.... these cars are already grounded pretty decently. at most expect some brighter lights.....thats about it...

Yep. I did a DIY on my 'Fire. It helped, lights a little brighter, less shocks getting in and out, maybe turned over a little easier. That's about it.
better lights and sound quality....it might be better to just buy a capacitor too....hmmmm
