I have the rksport dual catback with the magnaflow mufflers. I recently ditched the "Y" pipe and went to a single magnaflow muffler. It is now louder than it was before and much more tingy/raspy. Can some one recomend a higher flow, deep sounding muffler?

or put in a 24" + resonator that will cut alot of it out. mufflers make some of the sound, but a resonator will limit what pitches go through.

yea the resonator will fix your problem. i'd say go with around an 18".

I have a short resonater where my cat gos, thats enough for me. Ill be looking into Tanabe shortly.

i looked at tanabe's website... what am i looking for? i don't see a catback system for our cars.

yeah i know there no (oem sounding performance muffler) but its more quiet than oter muffler i have seen anyway wait and see ill record a sound clip on mine

Thermal exhaust is also very quiet, from what I have seen and heard.
