Belt Tensioner Pulley Bolt (PITA)

Ok I am working on a 98 cavalier and oops broke the bolt off. Its a pain in the a$$ to get to and I even got the belt removal tool however the socket it came with is to wide so i ground a
cheap one down and it worked well kinda.... The pulley is off lol only cause the head broke off the bolt. I was wondering if anyone else has a good idea as to how to make this an easier item to get on and off..... I know its an important part and i should probably just deal with it but it would seem like there should be an easier way lol. I thought about feeding a bolt through the back side with a washer and nut on the front to make life a lil easier but dont know if that will work or if its a good idea. I am sure to buy a new one would be rather expensive I am sure its a dealer only thing.

buy a new tensioner, they aint that bad to buy (40-50bux) comes with pully and all. not a dealer only thing, any major parts store should carry them.

Lol no i dont which is why i am looking for an alternate way of doing this lol....... cant get a socket down in there at all. Like i said i had to grind down a socket to get it down there and that was with the motor mount off and using a prybar to push the block over about 3/8" just to get the ground down socket in there. I know its not really a performance issue but i may change out the pulleys in the near future and dont wanna deal with the same thing over and over .
