What is the cheapest Dual Cat Back Exhaust System you guys have found for a 2000 Cavalier? I found one on RKSport.com for $399. I can get it to my door for $440. I found the same one on Andysautosport.com for like 520 or something shipped. Is there anything cheaper??
go to your local exhaust shop get something mandrel bent with 2.25 or 2.5 and have'em y-pipe it out into two mufflers probably cheaper

why would you want dual anyway? it won't sound good and you will get better performance out of a single 2.25" catback system.

your point being that custom is cheaper am i correct?

Actually the aspect that will determine the sound will be your resonator(s) : The size, quality, and placement in addition to what muffler(s) you use. You can have duals and they can be as quiet as a stock system if done right.
But to keep on topic..yeah youre better off getting a Exhaust shop to Fab one up for you.
Say it with me, "Its not what you know...It's what you can prove"

Yes...
I paid $170 for parts, and around $150 for the install. That includes the flex pipe, 2.5" piping, 2.5" Catco highflow cat, and Single 2.5" In, Dual 2.25" out Magnaflow muffler, along with a new custom 2.5" downpipe

Sorry to disagree with you on the sound part. I have dual setup and sounds pretty nice. The performance part, your right. Alot of people (like myself) like duals cause they look nice and it also goes better with my body kit.
