My place of business is opening up one position for an IT helpdesk person. This person will alos assist me in the desktop role as well. We are looking for someone with at least 5yrs exp in a helpdesk/desktop support role, Exp in XP SP2, Outlook 2003, and Office suite 2003. Dont worry no older office products because I already upgraded most all 800-900 users since last year. This person will answer the h/d phone for all our US user's. I dont know what it pays, so dont ask me.
