Well four showed up last night including me and about 5-6 cavys drove by last night when we were at whataburger. Oh and i met this dude that has a PIMP second gen cavy, its like a tealish aqua looking color, z24 kit and i think beretta rims. At first thats what i thought it was but nope a cavy. He is going out there on sat night to starbucks to meet us. Hope to see other people out there this time if they can make it.

Alright yall there will not be a show at rack daddys this sat, dur to the fact that they paid cars and apparently cars didnt produce. But im getting together with the GM of rack daddys and said that if we still wanted to go out their on sat night to hang for a bit he would give us free pool and drink specials on domestic beer.
I think this would be a great spot for a meeting this sat. Instead of doing this at bucks or whataburger we can do this there. After wards we can then roll out there to the car meet if yall wanna do that.

Well will this is to discuss the club's future and what not. Now that we are so big i think we need to start doing things as a club and not as just prez, and vp. When we were rolling 6 deep we said you were prez, however other people feel the need to input on this along with jd as vp. You naming jd as vp at heat wave was the wrong thing to do and is saying that this is going to be ran my way or my way and no one as any say in the discussion. It wasnt fair to anyone else.
Things that we are going to be discussing at the meet are going to be as follows:
President/Vp/Co Vp
(co vp being that in the evne that the president is not there the vp will take over as president and then the co vp will take over as VP for that show)
New Member's/Requirments
We need to vote on them as a club, we need to get everyone's opinion on them (bad, good) so we can determine if they are going to be an asset or a libility to the club. Ex. STEVEN is the prime reason that we need to start doing this. Luckily we have had nothing but good people join the club other then steven.
The requirments should be as follows, they need to meet with us at least 3 times, show with us at least 3 times (shows at the end of the month) the third show will be bass pro which we will then decide the fate of the prospect.
A bright NEON PINK texas J sticker with the word PROSPECT instead of what we have will have to be on the car following the first meet. If they DISAGREE then we will know right off the bat about what type of attidue they have. At the bass pro shop meet while we are eating the co-vp, vp and the prez will then talk to them and tell them wether they are a texas j or not.
Mods are to come as they can, i know you cannot put mods on your car every month, but at least something every 2 months, weither it be exhaust, body kit, rims, intake etc. etc. I know everyone has bills that need to be paid, and everything else comes last.
Another thing is if you are absent from the club meets/shows for more then a month then you are automatically out of the club and will need to be re-voted in to the club. I know that school, family, and work comes before the club but you have to at least make an effort to show. The silver cavalier that met with us once and showed with us once hasnt been around for about 4-5 months if not longer, in my opinion he is no longer one of us. He could be doing something that can come back and hurt us in the long run. If you do not keep in touch with either will and jd at this point or post on the jbo then in my book you are out.
Punishment will go as follows:
There will be three types
level 1 a warning
level 2 a write up you get three and your out
level 3 your automatically kicked out of the club (hopefully no one ever gets a 3)
I know im sounding like im in charge and im not but these rules and requirments should be put in place if not what we have started will fall apart and these 3 years of shows and meets will have been for nothing.
We have made a name for ourseleves and everyone knows who we are so lets keep up what we got and make it better.Because the bigger the club gets then the quicker it can fall apart.

hey so what about the guys located out of dfw? I have noticed that the crew here in SA has really began to grow and I like most of what you said so I might have to inforce those here to.

Personally i dont appreciate you saying anything before the time we were to talk about it, i think that shows weak character. Has anyone ever been an any kind of club or team that was over 10 people? I have already begun to write up a list of bi laws that we can all look at and agree or dissagree on, i will bring a copy of it to the meet this saturday.
