Popping sound when on brake and turning wheel is coming from the front drivers side of car. This happens not when driving but when parking or doing a u-turn. Anyone know what this could be. Sounds bad sometimes like something is going to break.

CV Joints or Upper Strut Mounts. By the sound of things, it's the CV joints.

Also check your front sway bar....
My car was doing the same thing after I replaced my front hub assembly... I forgot to tighten down the sway bar.
could be lower ball joint too
