The odometer light seems to have stopped working but the odometer still works it's just you can barely tell what it says because it is so dim now and was wondering if it could be the fuse?

Oil changed: 89616 miles with Amsoil 5w30 Signature Series and Amsoil oil filter.

not sure for the 02 but if they are the same as the 03 cluster the backlighting are led's. New led's can be soldered in.

Yes, the cluster is all led. No replaceable bulbs in the '00+ clusters, only the '95-'99 clusters do(not entirely sure of the '99's with the digital odo). I have an '03 LSS and I had just swapped out my cluster for a '00+ cluster with no concerns of having to reprogram anything. Look for a cluster with the same number of gauges as your original one does and just swap it out. You can see if it all works beforehand, which I never got around to but found only one small issue which I have dealt with.
