cat converter

Are the cat converter the same on all cavaliers from 96-05, or 02. I need one for my 02 LS SPORT and i found one on ebay and says only fits the 02 cavalier 2.2 non ecotec (code 4) and the z24. My 01 z24 looks jsut alike but can anyone help me out?
