OK heres whats happening. I had my transmission replaced(4 Speed Auto) about 1 1/2 Years ago and ever since I picked it up from time to time the trac off button has come on and off but did not effect the cars driving at all. The place that installed the tranny said just to ignore if the car is driving fine. Then earlier this week while turning into a parking lot my DRL light started flashing really fast and then my security light came on. I turned the car off and back on and it went away. Then this morning I started my car and it was having a hard time idling at first and when i put the car into reverse and let off the brake the DRL light flashed really fast and the Security Light came on again. This time I was at home so I hooked up my scan tool, but it didn't pick up any codes. I did do a search for this type of issue, but didn't find anything to had the same symptoms of my car. Not sure if it matters, but I have seen some of these questions asked in other threads with similar issues. The only way I have to open my trunk is with the key fob, not sure why but its how it has been since I owned the car. I also have my factory head unit and the only wiring I have done lately is some autometer gauges about 2 months ago. Thanks in advance for your help.
