Need some help

Hey guys i just bought a 1996 chevy cavalier and it needs some tlc to get it on the road. But the thing i need help with is my left blinker is blinking fast like the bulb is dead but its not dead at all and its only the left one. And yes the fuse is good does anyone have any idea what this problem could be?

They do that when the other blinker on that side of the car is out.
