It seems pretty simple but I didnt want to mess anything up. Do I just bend the bottom where it holds onto the latch thing?
Not sure how to go about getting it off
There are two small nuts on the inside of the quarter panel that need to be removed.
This is how i got my carbon fiber door on...
1) took a rotory tool with a cut off wheel and cut the bar that holds the fuel door on right at the base of the door studs.
2) took a nail and a rubber mallet and knocked the rest of the bar out of the holders from the top of the fuel door and then repeat for the bottom (I put a rag on the car so that if i did slip i didnt hit the car and chip the paint)
I was very careful while doing this and managed not to chip the paint but i did cut into the stock fuel door just a bit.
All in all it wasnt to hard to do just be very careful if this is what you are planning.

yea its alot easier than all that cutting. there are 2 bolts as stated above that you take off and the door just comes off. what i dont remeber from the last time i did it is if you go inside the wheel well or up the side of the rear bumper. but just take a look and you'll see what im talking about they are 8 or 10mm bolts
^ Its gotta be in the wheelwell I looked in the qtr and I dont have access to where the gas door sits
Thanks guys
u have to pull back the plastic inner fender well to get at it...once you pull that back you'll find it
