I've searched, found some good engine bays....but not much "show" clean.
I want to see some GREAT looking engine bays preferably with colored hose kits, polished peices, the works...whats it take to win the shows?
And preferably list what you do to keep it so clean, what you did to get it that clean, where you ordered your hose kits (if you wanna put a company plug in or so), and what type of paint/applications did you use to shine/paint your engine components (if applicable)
Not a whole lot of bling, you its super clean and its a 99 from NY.

That doesnt look clean to me.
it looks clean, just not show winning quality
Here is mine
LOVED BY FEW, HATED BY MANY, RESPECTED BY ALL....
first off, wacky colored hose kits are on the way out.
secondly, in reality, my engine is a little dusty in this pic, but the camera hid it well (well, its probably that my engine is actually clean, and i'm just a prick for it being more clean).
thirdly, i've found that foam brite (a blue/orange can) kicks ass in cleaning the engine bay.

yah, its clean on the fact its white and there is no grease anywhere in it. I know the stock header is what makes you turn away, but i have the armor coated pace setter to change that soon enough. I use simple green to clean mine.
Am I worthy enough to be called clean?
well it's not modded yet but it's clean

Your valve cover is nasty, and your coolant resivoir looks nasty. Other than that its not bad. But I am very picky.

97cavy22: Yours is very clean, would be cleaner if it had an intake, and you did something about the valve cover.
Bryce: Thats engine bay is sick bro!!!!!
Pmpedcavi04: Would be cleaner if it didnt have the red loom.
Viper98912: Your idi cover looks weird. Is it supposed to be polished? Does it need a re-polish?
