i am putting on my kit and i am at the part where i have to take the plastic tube off the stock intake and put it on the new TB adapter and it said to use the supplied self tapping screw but gives me no part# and i dont see one with the kit.
what did yall use to get it to fit?
also how do u get the belt on

get a wrench or vice grip (makes it easier) and push down and sorta back on the tensioner pulley bracket. its right where you shaved a piece of the manifold. 2 people is easier for the job. i put it over the crank pulley last.

My kit didnt come with the screw, or I misplaced it when I was arranging the parts. either way I took the throttle body spacer and the plastic flange thing and went down to the hardware store and bought a screw that fit for 10 cents........ done!
Oh yeah, and keep in mind the throttle body spacer is soft metal (maybe aluminum) dont over-tighten the screw or it will strip.

mine is still not moving.
i put mine over the crank pulley first and the supercharger last. put the tire iron thats with the spare tire in the trunk between the motor mount and motor and press down on the tensioner, but be careful since that pulley is plastic... i broke a piece off of mine cuz i did it at an angle on accident...

For my belt, I can change the ENTIRE belt without a Jack and only using a prybar.
I do EVERY pulley EXCEPT the AC pulley, with the pry bar I pry down on the Idler pulley with pressure against the SC pulley, once this is done the BOTTOM FRONT AC pulley can EASILY be looped by the slack in the belt.
It is VERY easy with a buddy ready for the slack to loop the AC pulley.
After me and a friend swapped pulleys a couple weeks ago, we then had to swap the belts as his was shorter and I needed it too.
Well it took us about 5mins to swap 2 belts, 1 on each car using the way I described.
I maybe can get a video clip if necessary.
could u take a pic of where u put the bar thanks for the help
while i was trying to get the belt on i saw that there was a hose in the way that runs down to the a/c.... how do i get around it?
I cut mine and rerouted it straight down, I had to add a couple fittings.
I will try to remember to get you a pic tomorrow of the Belt and how my hose is routed.

yea i was looking for that pic, i didnt remember what thread i posted that in lol.
if you dont want to take the chance to mess up the side, that bar fits btwn the mount and motor too (meaning you can go a little more left with it)
