New to the Ecotec

Im new to the ecotec and i need some performance ideas. Im building a touring car/time attack car and i know didly about the engine. In 3 months the sheet metal widebody will be done so i want to start gathering the performance parts. Im very picky and want to use the best parts i can. So far i've bought an AEM intake, custom 4-2-1 header, custom header back exhaust. Im looking now for cams, cam gears, valvetrain and if there are any high flow throttle bodies or ported intake manifolds i appreciate if anybody knows. And where can i get a tuner so i can get the A/F raio right. thats the thing bothering me most. Thanks for your help.
