Iv checked the fourm an checked all the links i could...but i cant seem to find a 2.5inch exhust for my 01 sunfire gt 2.4l...anyone know of who has one.

Unless you are going to boost your application 2.5" is going to be to big. Go with 2.25" and have a local shop make one for you it will be alot cheaper and give you the same affect, and gains.

the fastest na eco on here runs 3" exhaust. maybe 2.25" is a little too small

I think for most people 2.5" is too big for NA, but with head work, cams, and a tune it obviously plays well together.

Im adding a turbo thats why i needa bigger exhust...me an my brother will be taking the engine out of the car this winter...an starting a built...witch also includes all the inside an outside of the car as well as try an see how much power an can pull out of this 2.4

There should be a huge * when making a comment like that.

What "Skwirly" has going is not your run-of-the-mill type car. Plus and more importantly, he used HPTuners inwhich he program the car's computer to make full use of the larger exhaust.

And if you're going to be running Turbo, go big: 2.5in and up.

2.5" is not too big, even for a basicly stock motor.

ID like to run 3inch so that i can make sure that im going to have enough for the amount of power im going to try an make...im going to try an make 300+hp out of my 2.4...i got alot of plans for the car its self but making power is at the top. this cars also going to have good looks for shows.

Largest we know of is Vibrant which is 2 3/8" OD 16 gauge wall, which is 2.25" ID. Most others are 2.25" OD and 2.125" ID.
