Revco T/B anyone?
Thursday, April 13, 2006 6:04 PM
I was looking for a larger t/b for my ecotec but i was not sure what one to buy. I was reading about the Revco t/b that is billeted and bored out. I guess its opening is 69mm then shrinks down to 60mm and then back to 62mm or maybe opposite, but I was curious if anyone had this one and what they think about it.

I like mine its a good upgrade even if a bit expensive. I'm sure some people will come in here and say it doesn't do anything etc. but take that for what its worth.

I have the RSM 62mm TB and I love the thing to death!

I have the revco TB on my Eco... made the car pull harder after 4K... I've also switched back to the stock TB and didn't really make a difference in my track times.

A-men! Lovin it too. Right at about 3500/4000RPMs the exhaust note gets a little more intense than it usually would be on the stock TB, and you feel the added top-end power press you back into the seat even more

I also have the RSM 62mm T/B on my ecotec and now that i'm boosted I dont really feel the change in power from the T/B due to the GM S/C. But just for the sake of this thread i'll say its sweet .

Well I am hearing good things about the RMS 62mm but I was more curious about the revco one, but thanks for the info on the RMS t/b.
