OK before anyone starts sayin that They wont tell me what I want to know, I am not trying to disable the limiter or anything like that. My car is completly stock engine wise so there is no need. What I am doing is installing a trip computer from another Chevy vehicle and one of the inputs needs the VSS. I was wondering if I could get this signal somewhere in the inside of the cav, or where I would find this. I just need to hook up to it to tell the temp sensor when the car is moving so that it can adjust the readings accordingly.
the best reading will beright at the sensor or right at the computer. the only place these wires are is in the engine bay. its easy to run wires right through the factory pass through though

I used to race cars, now I race myself.

^ Ok, we just posted at exactly the same time. Get off me hypsy.
Ok and where in the bay is the sensor?? I have no problems running wires I just need to know where to find the wires to hook into. Its an 05 cav by the way
It's right on the trasmission. On the quads and LN2s I believe its on the top front, so chances are it will probably be there for an eco as well.

better a delay than a disaster.
its on the top of the trans near the firewall actually. you cant see the sensor...just the connector and wires
