uhhh that intake looks cheap, but from were the pipe ends it looks like it would connect with the black box on your throttle body, but i would think about a diff intake that goes right to the throttle body for better flow.

doesnt really look cheap.... the paint job maybe, but its a welded pipe.... as if intakes were really any thing other than pipe welded together, sometimes simple a single piece which doesnt make a difference unless someone gets fussy over the welds not being ground down on the outside....

also chances also are, that the picture shown in MANY ads, is not the same design or style you will get.

not to mention most ads are full of BS n-e-waz....

"brings MAX COLD AIR to the engine..."

i was wondering about that as well after i posted....

either way that rubber connector looks like it connects to the TB... like a 90 degree elbow... so he should be fine.

A lot of those ebay ads have the filter on the wrong end.

I bit on one and get it in the mail no problem.
But the pics do make them look cheap.

Basically they are designed like the AEM pipes and whatever.
All the factory airbox things come out, and it connects right to the TB.
Pick a seller and get it, installation is easy.

Enjoy,

hilarious. I thought maybe it was an intake for a different car, then I saw the IAT sensor grommet in a non-conventional spot. when you do get this intake, do not hesitate in getting a new filter, those ones are garbage...

Heh, that pic reminds me of the TRD short throw shifter on Ebay a few weeks ago... Picture was a B&M short throw, but with the reverse lockout on upside down
