What do you recommend... all my research and I've never found a decent answer to this... I bought Lenko's old AFPR and well... the thing leaks like a ****ing fountain... also, can these things be rebuilt... I'm sure all it needs is a new o-ring.
Doh, shoulda searched... dont know why I didnt see those lacked time I looked.
Anyways, my question still stands, can these things be rebuilt... it looks like there are 4 allen screws holding the top on and it'll just pull off...
Not sure if they can be rebuilt. If the top comes off and it is leaking, see if you can replace the o-ring. What brand is it?

Even if it could be fixed, i wouldn't waste my time & money trying to fix it. Honestly, unless your boosted, you don't need more fuel pressure. If I were you, I'd invest in a piggy-back system like an SAFC-2 or an E-manage and have it control your injectors rather than putting an FPR in when it isn't necessary. It's much more precise also.

i dont think they can be rebuilt, even if they can you would need parts directly from the dealer and that would prolly cost half as much as the AFPR, i have a casper electronics full billet one if your interested, i had it on my car when i went with my s/c but i ended up needing one that went down to 25psi, the casper one goes from 35-60psi. It was like 140 new id drop it for 75, lemme know if anyones interested

try getting a new o ring from a dealer. Mine poured fuel out. I had a 20lb pressure loss. New o-ring took care of that.
yeah, i replaced that o-ring and its leak free now... but the AFPR doesnt work properly... when I hit the throttle it lowers fuel pressure
