I'm new to this forum, as I just got an 05 cobalt 2 days ago. I know that this doesn't particularly pertain since it's a cobalt, but it does have the same 2.2 ecotec. I was curious if anyone may know if the engine parts from a jbod with the ecotec will fit? I know that the cai has to be vehicle specific, but other things such as intake mani, throttle body, turbo and s/c kits, internals, header, etc. Any advice would be appreciated, and I have read the rules and tried a search first, just no luck.

i saw a turbo kit for the cobalt on ebay. i think that would be vehicle specific b/c of the bends in the piping.

I would think that the tb, intake mani, and internals would be the same... header possibly but maybe not because of fitment issues near the collector end. I would think it would be best to buy f/i or exhaust meant specifically for your car.
