so im thinkin about getting my block bored .030 over to make it a 3.2L anyone know of any reputable shops in the london and surrounding area that will do a good job and perhaps a price from some of u guys who have payed?also is there anything else needed?im guessing new pistons and rings?if so anyone have part #s for the ones needed?i got these #s from JJZ24s profile but i ahve no clue who they come from.also is it worht it u think?this block will be for my hybrid build up and it will also get a new cam/lifters/roller rockers/P&P work and so on.also i was jsut told taht i can use stock 3100 pistons and it will raise the SCR

you can't use the stock piston when you bore the block.

Geez just pick up a 3400 that way you start off with a better block , more displacement , better intake design , and larger runners and valves in the heads . Stock it will kick the crap out of a stock 1990 3.1 any day of the week .

im doin the 3400 top end swap with a built 3.1 block....3400s dont have cams yet unless u want a regrind
i think im jsut gonna buy some hypereutectic H562CP pistons and ill end up with a CR of around 11.3:1 - 11.5:1
