New Hampshires state laws have gotten alot stricter emissions wise. Tests have to be sent to the state house before inspection can pass (bla bla bla) now, i want a high flow cat, to further the completion of my exhaust and im wondering if that would make the emissions worse, i know it lets more out and stuff but maybe to a degree that could be illegal? because i need to pass inspection, but also need to get as much power as i can with a cavy... any suggestions?
