What muffler You guys have? I already have a ractive one on and I never liked it cuz it dosn't sound loud at all. I have a vibrant performance air intake and I removed my exhaust resonator ( if you'd like to know). I don't want my car to sound too loud that we can't even hear ourself talk in the car tho and don't try to get my car souding like those honda civics.

most poeple like borla muffler. but i would do you whole exhuast. 2.25 inch pipe, resonator then the muffler

Custom piping could cost you anywhere from $300-500 or so. Like 99redz24 said, depends on the shop...find a shop that does mendral bending.

By the way, I prefer Magnaflow or Borla

right now i have stock dual exhaust on my 03 sunfire, but this is what i have sitting next to my bed in it's box. OBX muffler: tip diameter 4 1/2'' diameter, muffler diameter 6 1/2'', tip length 5'', body length 15''. : )

you can get a press bent catback built for $150, maybe less if you supply the muffler. i'm running an HKS HI-power muffler right now, but my test pipe is going bye bye and i'm having a new catback built very soon, in which case i'll probably go with the same muffler just because it's an awesome quality muffler.

I have an OBX Header, Cherry Bomb, 2.25" pipe, Borla Pro XS muffler... sounds awesome, great performance. Get as much as possible on ebay.

crush bent is @!#$. mandrel bend is expensive most of the time. compression bent is the most popular cheap version of custom exhaust. i believe Mantapart sells mandrel bend catbacks also.
