Holy dogs*it . . .
That is some badass looking stuff. Those rims look amazing, and the carbon fiber top is kickass looking. Unfortunantly for me, I can't afford it . . .
a couple of posts down there is the same topic
Holy @!#$ beautful.
Look at those rotors up front.

This is the 3rd post on this...

That's a sexy rear end

you want to bump, then they will bump and hit real hard and a lot good.
LOL
I like it better in black. I just wish the front end had a more "meaner" look to it. It's just too fast to look "nice." But damn, 0-60 in the 3 second range. Wonder what the price tag will be on this.
Clean up on isle 5...................clean up on isle 5..................
yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
oops sorry my keys got stuck

Lanman31337 -F = fatties = do not want. A little chunk in the junk is ok though.
ooooooo....mmmmmmmm...ggggggg
Time to start saving for that bad boy......
WHO NEEDS A KIDNEY!
lol sexy car though.
My god this depressed me
Yet another corvette I would litterally kill to own... but will never be able to afford.........
Well at least I know the first thing I'll buy If I win the Lottery
Damn... I've wanted a Vette forever... and that one is the coolest one I've seen.
Are the new ZR-1's going to be mass production or made to order? ... I'm kinda wondering how many will be on the road.
11 seconds + Corvette = who gives a crap about anything else........ damn thats fast..... and sexy..

holy big brakes! shweet!
the brakes are carbon-ceramic. The rear rotors are 15-inchers from the front of a Ferrari Enzo, with 4-piston Brembo calipers. the front rotors are 15.5-inchers ground down from the 15.75 inch rotors on the Ferrari FXX, with 6-piston Brembo calipers.
Chevy also switched from Delphi-supplied Brake MC, booster, ABS pump, and ABS controller to Bosch-supplied parts.
It also has 285/30-19 front tires and 335/25-20 rear tires on 10X19 and 12X20 spun-cast wheels.

This thing is going to stop like it has a parachute. I'm betting on 90-ft 60-0 stops. maybe better.
With 620hp on tap, and with special magneto-rheological shocks that adapt to help the car gain traction on launch, I wouldn't be surprised if this car sets some records for 0-100-0 runs.
wow. This car makes me giddy more than nearly anything else I can think of (The Ariel Atom is still the sh!t, but in a completely different way).
This car sould be 10 sec stock

if a z06 can break into the 10s in stock form, this thing should be able to break into the 9s....
could you imagine?!

coming back in 2008...
^^^ I doubt it. maybe with Drag Radials, but not in showroom stock form.
the Clear hood has to go and why didn't they put a 7-liter supercharged engine in it.
Don't think i'm bashing the ZR-1 but its a little ricey if your ask me

Where do you get ricey from this? Because of the school-boy-racer poly-carbonate hood? Please, there are more exotic parts on this car, carbon-ceramic to carbon fiber, that any "ricer" could imagine. This car can run laps upon laps. Show me how many "ricers" that can accomplish this.
Anyone remember that PINKS episode where they put a Honda against some American muscle? Who won? Who had the problems?
Correct me if I'm wrong, they didn't use the LS7 engine because the cylinder walls are too thin.
This car is an amazing specimen and will be exclusive for those die-hards.

You're right. The walls are too thin on the LS7 to be a daily driver with boost. There are people boosting them but they're designed to be N/A and stay that way.
