So this is my buddy Stan's jeep. He's got very little money in this thing and loves it dearly (you just have to know Stan to understand) So a few months ago his passenger door fell off in his hand. He and some buddies at work were barely able to weld the door back on because of the amount of rust were the hinges were connected to the body. Well last night one of the hinges broke loose again. He was ready to just rip the door off and ride around without it...I talked him into the alternative....Suicide Doors So far we have $18 and two hours at night in the rain in the project...and I think its looking pretty cool. The latch is just temporary...he's got some idea going in his head about a handle and how its going to work...so when we get that figured out and working we'll be doing the driver's side as well. Hope you guys find this as entertaining as we do.
