From what I heard, he had those wheels put on at a shop and the shop put improper lug nuts on. The threads weren't right, they meshed enough to make them feel tight, but once they were put under pressure they came off.
Not the drivers fault at all, hopefully the shop owns up and pays for that.

That sucks... the only good thing was that the wheels came off in a controlled environment and not on a highway or in a panic stop in a school zone or something.

Looks kind of funny that they all came off within seconds of each other. I would have said it was set up if he wasn't in that kind of an atmosphere.
