i've got a 96 2.2 ohv and i recenly replaced the wheel cylinders and when i bought them they asked me if i had the ride and handling package. i told them no since its just the base model. so i go to put the new wheel cylinders on and there not the ones i need, mine were different. so i take my old one with me back to the parts store, and sure enough i have the ride and handling package, so whats the difference between stock and the ride and handling package. also is my car the base model or LS. i know its not a z24 they have badges in the side moldings. thanx in advance.
well if it has the 2.2 ohv its definitly not a Z. Z's either have the 2.3 quad 4 or the 2.4 DOHC

GOT ECOTEC?
Got me... as far as I know, the rear brakes were all the same (smaller) on the 95-02 models... and again all the same (bigger) on the 03-05 models. I didn't think it had anything to do with the suspension code.
Check your spare tire cover sticker... does it have FE0, FE1 or FE2 printed on it?
I think that link's wrong... it's an LS convertible in 98, not a Z24... (or so I thought...)
From what I'm seeing, 97 was LS, 98 was Z24
