This weekend my buddy wants me to help him install his head unit, samps, subs, and speakers in his celica. Any advice for two people who have never installed any audio equipment before?

I just had my first experience with audio installation and I think it went smooth. I probably can't give you any more info than you already know... but I just suggest takinbg your time and doing it right. It will definatly be worth it.

Make sure you don't skimp on anything saftey-related. Make sure your power wires aren't anywhere when they can get pinched, or cut anywhere. Make sure you are properly fused, make sure your + and - s are all matched and so on and so forth. but definately what was said is the best advice. Just take your time, and you'll do fine.
(also, in case you haven't ever tuned any equipment before, make sure you check on how to properly tune your amp as opposed to just cranking the gain and running the risk of distortion and broken subs)
