Every Saturday our local 1/8 track is open at night. It is a street nigh thing. A lot of people do not go, because you have to drive down a lime rock road to get in. So sand gets on the track, which causes lack of traction. Also one lane (left has a slight dip in it) You will roll while waiting for the green light.

What do you consider a bad time? So far my best time (first time on the track) is a 10.9.
