no... they do not go into the fender.
They're brand new parts and have never been used.
So are they stock(air box) or aluminum intakes then?

How much you want for the ecotec pulley? What size are the ecotec TBs?
Regarding the ractive bar... my own experience with those products are they're cheap and mass produced.
