I been told that i can use the injectors that come with the 2.4 LD9 Supercharger kit in my pre 00, and that the only difference really is the injector connector. Some one care to explain? I was told there the same size.
thank you
99+ use the same style injector (99-02 LD9 and 98+ 2200)
The main difference between the older injector, and new...... impedance.... or resistance of the injector itself...... and the clips, which you already know.
Physically they are the same "size/height", but the stock ones are rated at 24lbs/min where the S/C ones are 29lbs/min.....

^^^ ive always wondered why they changed it...
is high impedance better or something? less resistance?

In the end, we're all just chalk lines on the concrete.. drawn only to be washed away.

so i could use the new injectors by simply cutting the old connectors and getting the newer one from the yard correct?
No, tuning is different too.
