How and where would you get the throttle plate to work with that tb, and will it actually improve power? I already have a cat back exhaust system. (this would be for my '99 Z24)

you would have to have one made. Probably wouldnt do much for a stock engine.

"If you can't find a 59mm plate to buy for it, I can have one laser cut for you for an extra $10 (I used to buy them in bulk for work, but they still have the program)." Direct from the page.
