i have a 97 Ln2 engine and there is a full donor car with everything in it even a 5spd manual is there anything extra i need to swap the engines out. its a complete donor car just somd body damage on it. its a 96 so i wouldnt need the digital cluster would i?
also this is a coupe and i have a sedan so i would need another exhuast correct? and also does the ECM have to be changed and re wired? and on a scale of 1-10 how easy is this 10 being real easy. if i can get all the information and convince my automotive teacher that this would be a learning experiance i could have a free ld9 and swap

so please help me on this!
Exhaust should be the same, ECM and harness should be swapped out, transmission will need new mounts welded in and the old ones cut out, you'll have to mount the master cylinder and clutch pedal and make the penetration in the firewall. You won't need to swap clusters, but if you want the tach it should just plug in. The body harness won't change, so that's easy.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being easy, I'd say this is a solid 3.5, probably a 2 for a beginner.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
it wouldn't be done by beginner it would be done by master technicians in my college auto class. IE the instructors. so is it pretty much take out put in procedure? besides welding on brackets?
it's basically swappy swappy slappy slappy time..
-Trailblazer SS - not so custom 6.0L - custom intake - custom tune
- (1) 2.4L on an engine stand (1) blown trans (2) good quad trans (1) eco trans = party
how hard is it to mount the pedals and master cylinder? is it just drill and bolt down?
so will like everything plug into the harness correctly?
