Yeah that is the whole kit. The supercharger in that pic looks very dirty. It looks better than in that picture in real life.

so does the supercharger just mount on the front of the 2.4L and run a belt? I am not to sure how the superchargers really work?

It's either $1400 + 300 or more for shipping, or $1550 + 50 to ship. GMPartsDirect rapes you on shipping.

The supercahrger takes place of your intake manifold. IT doesnt run the belt, the engines crank runs the belt and that belt will turn the pulley on the supercharger for your forced induction. =)

its easy to hit 200 hp and more with this kit by doing little mods i have whole exhaust my intake would obv be coming off and headers 220 would be possible? i know someone dynoed with that kit at 212whp everything stock

the charger for the 2.4 adds about 40-50 HP. and people have gotten mid 14s with just the charger alone. now with header, exhaust, other mods, and a puter tune you can probaly get more than 220. thts just my opinion

That was me and it wa actually 214whp. My car was not quite stock I had CAI, 56mm throttle body, uper and lower moter mounts and this is the key I had my computer tuned with HP tuners instead of running the ordinary reflash the dealership gives you. By the way everything else was stock even the muffler.

right thats wats up man. u have to get either a reflash or tune or something like that right? i heard if u dont get the reflash its a bad idea to drive around shifting higher than 2g's.

Yeah you are right. If you drive it before the reflash you must use the stock map sensor though. You can not use the 2 bar that comes with the kit until you get the car reflashed.

reflash is free with the kit......or should be.
The re-flash is part of the kit.

From Pace performance
"Currently, Per GM, Vehicle Free Re-calibration is only valid at the dealer the kit was purchased from . So, For example, if you purchase a supercharger kit from us, Pace Performance, and bring your car here, it will be re-flashed for free. If you take the car to another dealer, you are obligated to pay for the re-flash out-of-pocket. Generally 2 hours labor. This policy has been mandated by General Motors."
